On the afternoon of December 18, the first shareholder meeting, board of directors as well as company’s unveiling ceremony of Huizhou Zhonghai Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Service Co., Ltd., which is jointly established by China Water and CNOOC, was held at Shenzhen Goldtact.

In accordance with the relevant procedures, the meeting elected the directors and president of the joint venture. The meeting also heard reports on the joint venture's trial proposal of relevant management system and the company’s business plan of 2018.

At the meeting, the shareholders' representatives and the directors put forward guiding opinions on the future development of the joint venture. It is hoped that the joint venture will seize the good situation of the environmental protection industry, expand the market actively with the resource advantages of both shareholders and strive for rapid development.
